"I make it a point to donate to HAHHH each and every year because 4 years ago I wouldn't have been able to help care for my mother like I did.
It is a little thank you every year."

What Can I Do To Help HealthAlliance Home Health & Hospice (HAHHH)?

One of the most important things that you can do for home health and hospice is to share your experience with others. After providing services in the community since, 1987, people continue to have a misunderstanding of what home health and hospice care is all about and hesitate to use hospice services. HAHHH could not exist without the support and good will of the community. Here are a few suggestions on how you can help HealthAlliance Home Health & Hospice. Thanks for asking!

SHARE:
The most positive way for others to hear about home health & hospice is through you. Let your physician know how home health or hospice has touched you, so they will know how home health or hospice will benefit other patients. Talk about home health and hospice care to your friends, neighbors, church groups, and employers.

VOLUNTEER:
Everyone has talents they can share. HealthAlliance Home Health & Hospice needs your talents. Our hospice volunteers perform a varied, valuable service for our patients and staff.
During the first year after the death of a loved one, healing and decisions are faced, for this reason, we recommend that families do not volunteer for hospice until after the first anniversary of their loved ones death. After the first year, we encourage you to consider our volunteer opportunities.

INVITE:
If you know of a civic organization, club or church group that would like to have a guest speaker, please call us with a contact name. We'll set up a speaker to attend the event.
Opportunities are limited only by the imagination when it comes to helping Hospice serve those facing end-of-life in the North Central MA area. Contact Heidi at hgetek@healthalliance.com.

CONTRIBUTE:
Financially through Donations, Memorial gifts, Wills and Planned Giving.
Part of our mission is to provide services to our patients and their families regardless of their ability to pay. Even though Medicare/Medicaid and most insurance pay for hospice services,  HealthAlliance Home Health & Hospice cherishes the donations and memorials from our friends in the community. This ensures that hospice services are available to everyone when needed.

HealthAlliance Home Health & Hospice relies on donations and memorials from our friends and the community. WE are a non-profit organization and all gifts are tax-deductible. Our mission is to provide services to our patients regardless of their ability to pay. Donations make it possible for us to extend a hand to everyone who comes to us for care.

Your tax-deductible charity donation helps us pay for services not covered by Medicare or insurance.  We are grateful for the generous contributions we receive from individuals, corporations, community and church groups, foundations, bequests, and memorials.  We thank you for the support that allows us to continue our mission of bringing comfort and dignity as life nears its end.
